Before your appointment
How do I show up to the appointment?
Arrive with no makeup, no tinted moisturizer, and nothing on the lips including chapstick. If your hair is dyed, it will be covered during season determination. Please remove all jewelry, including earrings and face jewelry if possible.
Is parking accessible?
Yes — there's one hour of free parking in the underground lot (register with the QR code provided). Use the Glen and Pine entrance to reach floor 3. The second hour of parking costs $3.50.
Can I bring friends or family?
Absolutely — you can bring up to 3 people with you during your appointment if you'd like. My space can comfortably accommodate four, and you don't need to ask in advance!
Do I get charged GST?
GST is included in your service. All you have to pay for is parking for the second hour, which is $3.50.

What is colour analysis?
Colour analysis is a personalized process that helps you discover the colours that best complement your unique features, using the principles of colour theory.
What does colour analysis consist of?
Three dimensions: your undertone, your value (how light or dark colours suit you), and your intensity (how bright or soft colours suit you).
What techniques are used in colour analysis?
I use fabric draping, feature assessors, lipstick assessors, and hair assessors to get you the most accurate results.
How do you determine my season?
Based on your undertone, value, and intensity, you're classified into one of the seasonal palettes — spring, summer, autumn, or winter — or a hybrid flow between two.
What do I receive in my analysis?
Every analysis covers your undertone, intensity, and seasonal palette, and we will walk through each individual drape that makes you shine. Palette Results appointments include a PDF guide and makeup list. Extended Palette Results appointments go over hair assessors and trying on your best lipstick, plus a makeup bag review.

What if I have questions after the appointment?
My service includes extended help, so you never feel overwhelmed or alone after your appointment. Just send me a text with your questions, and I'll get back to you when I'm available!
Closet edits
What is your travel range for closet edits?
My service area extends up to Horseshoe Bay in the north, Harrison in the east, and White Rock near the U.S. border in the south. If you're outside this area, reach out and we can figure out an alternative.
